Cast Cleaning, Inspection and Handling

Casting finishing is the process of getting the post mold cast assemblies ready for use. The process that is used, such as nobake or green sand, will make all the difference in the level of finishing required, as it does the type of metal cast. After going through the finishing process, the castings are manually inspected for quality by visually checking or template comparison, or through an automated inspection scan.
